Divya Sutra is a complete Vedic Panchanga app that computes traditional Hindu almanac data including Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Vara, Rahu Kaal, Yamaganda and Gulika Kaal in real time using Jean Meeus astronomical algorithms with Lahiri ayanamsa.
What is Panchanga?
Panchanga means "five limbs" (pancha = five, anga = limb):

Tithi — Lunar day (12° Moon–Sun arc)

Nakshatra — Moon's lunar mansion (1 of 27)

Yoga — Auspiciousness (Sun + Moon ÷ 13°20′)

Karana — Half-tithi (6° arc)

Vara — Weekday (planetary lord)
Inauspicious Periods
Calculated by dividing daylight into 8 equal segments:
Rahu Kaal — Avoid important work and new beginnings.
Yamaganda — Avoid starting new ventures.
Gulika Kaal — Traditionally avoided for auspicious tasks.
